When Facebook changed its policy and removed the booking button from businesses categorised as barbers and hairdressers, Paul Turner discovered that his business had become too reliant on the social media giant for bookings. webporty was approached to step in and provide an easy to use and robust solution.
We delivered a new website in record time and made an app that would allow loyal customers to quickly book their next appointment without using any social media.
We updated all social media accounts to make the booking app quickly found. Buddies saw their bookings recover in the first days of the new website as appointments were quickly filled.
Customer loyalty is encouraged as customers are encouraged to install the app and make their next appointment with ease.
